How To Properly Send Reiki Distance Healing To A Group

So…

You feel ready to send distance healing to others.

You are confident in your abilities and willing to offer your assistance to those in need.

But in this case, you face a unique situation.

You must send distance healing to multiple people at once, not to a single individual.

So, what do you do?

I was in this very spot about 12 years ago.

I was studying how to become more efficient in sending distance energy to multiple people while ensuring my own protection.

This distance energy was needed for various purposes and for distinct people.

Some students wanted to heal physically.

Others sought emotional relief.

So I conducted sessions with multiple students at once as well as individually.

Eager to absorb as much information as possible, I asked my teacher for advice:

‘How can I improve!’

When he saw my approach, he said:

‘Vlad!

If you’re going to have a session for distance healing with multiple clients at once, make sure you are sending energy toward a common idea or goal.

Otherwise, if they want to receive it for unique purposes, you work separately with each individual.

The distance healing process doesn’t change.

Only your approach will be different.’

I never thought about it that way.

I was so focused on helping others and improving my skills that I totally missed the essence.

Of course, it made a lot of sense.

It’s not that you spread yourself too thin, but you:

  • create confusion in channeling the universal energy;
  • dilute your intention;
  • cannot control the energies you absorb;

So here are the 3 steps I recommend you follow when doing Reiki distance healing to a group.

3 Steps For Sending Reiki Distance Healing To A Group

1) Preparation And Cleansing

Before any distance healing session, make sure to cleanse yourself and the space where you’ll be performing the sessions.

• Invoke the universal life force energy, allowing it to flow through your body from the crown chakra to your feet. This will create a grounding effect while also clearing part of the residual energy.

• Activate your preferred Reiki symbols on your primary chakras.

• Ask your spirit guides and guardian angel to support you during the upcoming distance healing sessions.

• Continue with cleansing the room where you’ll be performing the session.

• Activate Cho Ku Rei and Sei He Ki on the ceiling, floor, on each wall, in every corner, and in the center of the room. This will help cleanse and protect both you and the space.

2) Establishing A Clear Connection

Your palms are activated, you have transitioned into a meditative state, and you’re surrounded by calm and positive energy.

You are now ready to establish a clear connection with the recipients.

• Activate the following sequence of Reiki symbols:

Cho Ku Rei + Sei He Ki + Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen in front of you. Have a clear intention of opening the energetic gateway toward the people you are about to send distance energy to.

• Refine your intention to channel the universal energy toward their goals.

IMPORTANT:

  • If your session involves multiple people, you must send distance healing for a common purpose, not individual goals. Your intention must be to aid their overall well-being, mental awareness, and spiritual wisdom so that the common goal manifests in the best way for them.
  • For individual objectives, you must perform separate sessions with each person.

That’s why it’s essential to discuss with your clients beforehand.

3) Sealing And Cleansing

Once you finish, it’s good practice to seal the distance healing process.

Here’s how to do it:

• Activate a large Cho Ku Rei between you and your clients with the intention of sealing the process.

• Follow up with a general cleansing of your energy fields. You can use methods such as the cone of light, combing method, or self-treatment to prevent any residual energies from attaching to your energy fields.

These are simple yet effective steps that close the session while also ensuring you remain protected from any leftover energies.

How Long Should These Sessions Last

The duration of a distance healing session can vary significantly.

It may range from 10 minutes up to an hour.

Sometimes, they can go on for longer.

This depends on the elements you choose to include or the approach you wish to have.

For example, I prefer discussing various issues while simultaneously completing the distance healing session.

It’s a way to get closer to the group, learn more about their ultimate goal, and, together, find more clarity in our energy exchange.

Ultimately, it’s a case by case scenario and it’s up to you to adapt to each situation.

Conclusion

Distance healing can be applied to a wide range of purposes and goals. The key elements are understanding how and why you are sending distance energy.

Effective communication with your clients before any session is crucial for both your professional and spiritual development as a practitioner or teacher. Interacting with others is, in fact, one of the most rewarding paths to spiritual growth.

Whether you are teaching or participating, the connections formed through these interactions offer profound insights into the human psyche and how each individual experiences the process of inner healing.

The most fascinating aspect is that, through this journey, you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
