When life pulls you in the opposite direction, there’s a disconnect you’re not aware of. You might not agree with what’s happening. Yet, when whatever you do seems “wrong”, you probably want to pay attention.

Here are a few potential reasons:
- Misalignment – you’re disappointed with your current position because you haven’t integrated a spiritual concept in your daily life.

This unfortunate event affects your parasympathetic nervous system (which handles restoration). Without proper rest, you’re more prone to inflammation and disease. Your mind races, your muscles contract, and, of course, you can’t think clearly.
