You’re a Reiki practitioner.
You pay attention to your energetic anatomy, do your best to heal your emotional body, and regularly use the self-treatment. But, when you get home, things are not always sunshine and rainbows.
It’s called life, by the way.
Between everyday arguments and intimate misunderstandings, your home meets you with a repelling low-vibrational energy.
Naturally… you begin to wonder:
❞ Am I doing something wrong?
Are these just “side effects” of my healing process?
The answer sits between “yes” and “no”.
- YES – healing often surfaces unpleasant thoughts, feelings, and even situations. As your vibration rises, your resonance changes. This positions you as a spectator in front of adversity rather than a participant.
- NO – you’re not doing anything wrong. As long as you have positive intentions and consciously work to cleanse the energies around you, things will shift. Just like cleaning your home, you might feel soreness or inhale dust. But, at the end of the day, that’s how you maintain balance and healthy living conditions.
You see…
We constantly interact with various people and face different types of situations. These can be both beneficial and detrimental. But, they are part of life and we need them to progress.
To be more exact:
Each place has its own energy and vibration, which is a result of the people who interact with it.
So, inevitably, you absorb this information.
And… where do you take it?
At home, of course.
If you don’t cleanse it regularly, it will pile up and create imbalances that are often felt in your relationships.
That’s why a church feels different in comparison to a night club. These are two extreme examples. But the lesson stands. The higher the vibration, the better you’ll feel after leaving a space. The lower the vibration, the quicker the beneficial energy will leave your body.
But, you also don’t want to turn this into an obsession.
A balanced approach is always what you must strive for.
For example…
You can use physical elements to support a cleansed and welcoming home.
Here are five you can start with:
- Incense – using holy frankincense (burned or heated) in each room helps clear the space from negative entities and programs. Incense sticks are also an excellent way to smudge the corners and clear the heavy energy from a room.
- Music – playing high vibrational music, especially mantras, prayers, or chants that are part of the Divine healing solfeggio frequencies, breaks apart negative thoughts and programs, transforming them into pure energy.
- Reiki – activate Cho Ku Rei + Sei He Ki on each wall, ceiling, floor, both upper and lower corners, as well as in the center. Add Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen + Dai Ko Myo in the center of the room to enhance the effect. You can always consider using symbols from other systems such as Karuna/HolyFire Reiki.
- Crystals – a spiritual practitioner’s best friend. There’s no strict rule when it comes to using crystals. In fact, crystals are know for guiding the practitioner to where they are needed the most. But, as an overall principle, darker crystals are best for absorbing negative energy, while lighter-colored crystals can enhance the flow of universal life force energy.
- Candles – it is said that candles represent the Divine light. Therefore, natural bees wax candles can transform negative into pure energy. Declare your intention to cleanse the space and bring in divine light. Activate Reiki symbols above the candles and even say a prayer. This small additions can greatly enhance the transmutation process. (IMPORTANT: mind inflammable materials)
Physical elements work even if you haven’t cleansed your home in while.
The key is to take it gradually.
Using them all at once can lead to big and unpleasant shifts in vibration. You don’t have to rush the process – you only have to start. Therefore, it’s best to try them individually and eventually grow this into a healthy habit.
And, remember: You already have everything you need within you.
