Do you ever feel like your life is going nowhere, like everything is halted, and you’re making zero progress in the things that matter?
Of course, we all experience that demoralizing “stuckness“…
It’s annoying.
It engulfs us when we least expect.
But fortunately, it usually disappears just as quickly.
Still, this gets you thinking about what’s going on. It’s something prevalent in the lives of those with a lot of responsibilities and attachments.
The good news is that you can overcome this feeling with a bit of work and some lifestyle changes.
You already have a clear vision of how you want your life to be.
You know more or less what actions to take to try and free yourself from this feeling of being stuck.
Probably the one thing that stands between your present and future self is this blurred thought pointing out the lack of necessary resources or current circumstances that will enable you to get off the wheel.
This “stuckness” is nothing more than self-sabotage.
The disturbing reality is that it’s something you allowed yourself to slide into.
But the power to find change is also there.
When you acknowledge the situation and commit to taking action, you’ll become aware of the means needed to overcome these obstacles.
In other words…
You need to find the inner strength to remove that self-sabotage responsible for creating blockages.
The Mechanism
The first thing is to WANT to set yourself free from this state of mind.
Believe it or not, some people actually enjoy being stuck. They’re used to it. It’s like a comfort zone for them. So, be honest with yourself and identify a genuine desire to move on.
Ask “why?”
And … once you do, ask, “why does this matter?”
And so one and so forth. Merely scratching the surface will lead to weak motivators. You have to go deeper to find meaningful aspirations.
At this point, you’ve already covered half the way. As for the other half, let me share with you a short story.

A few months ago, I went to see my Reiki teacher to discuss a personal issue that gravitated around this “stuckness.”
I felt like I was struggling both financially and mentally. Yet, deep down, I knew that this was not how it was supposed to be, but I couldn’t see the forest for the trees.
He told me that I was using about a quarter of my spiritual and financial potential.
My self-sabotage level was obviously elevated and one of the reasons why I was feeling stuck.

I instantly resonated with his words and quickly was able to articulate the problem. This confirmation led me to a powerful yet underrated approach:
Affirmations
The process behind affirmations, is relatively straightforward: we rewire our brains to overpass or ignore the “stuckness” and our worries.
Through repetition, meditation, and Reiki, you can open up new pathways and literally change your mind to serve you better.
This subconscious bypass will eventually align your daily life with these affirmations.
Therefore, everything will adapt accordingly and right before your eyes.
How To Blend Affirmations With Reiki
- Activate your palms and place your dominant hand on your heart chakra area to cleanse the soul and induce the necessary positive programs;
- Place the other hand under the navel, over the front side of the sacral chakra. This is where the spiritual part of the subconscious level resides, or the true inner-self;
- Use the affirmation in the present tense, as if it’s already happening and have a positive intention;
Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and say out loud:
“I receive, earn, and accept all of the money and financial stability optimal for me and my greater good!”
Or
“I absorb, earn, and embrace all of the physical and spiritual components and blessings required for my progress and greater benefit.”
NOTE: Repeat this procedure twice a day for at least two weeks. Affirmations may be repeated as many times as desired but not fewer than three times. Feel free to adjust them to anything that makes sense, whether spiritual or physical in nature.
And that’s it!
This simple technique has the power to help you break free from self-sabotage and make space for new, better things to enter your life!
You clear those stagnant energies while making room for fresh, positive ones.
Moreover, you open up to new perspectives, and ways of being that will serve you and your highest good!
And lastly, always remember that the first step is always the hardest, but it’s also the most rewarding! So make sure you take advantage of that early enthusiasm and use it to propel you towards your goals.
