Beautiful people are all over.
Sometimes there are right in front of us. We see them, we interact with them, but for some reason, we keep pushing them away. Even though it seems at leas odd, these has happened to the best of us.
But why is that we keep rejecting beautiful people?
Is there some way to avoid it and even attract the right individuals into our lives?
Let’s take it step-by-step.
First off, when I say “beautiful” I’m not referring to the outer, physical shell. Even if that’s not something to dismiss, in this case, I’m particularly focused on the emotional and spiritual appeal.
Second of all, rejections are not limited to romantic relationships. You might repel people who could potentially be beneficial in that moment in time, or even relatives or close friends.
I believe there are 3 mai reasons for this:
1. Unresolved Emotional Traumas
Unhealthy past experiences such as:
- Abandonment.
- Rejection.
- Betrayal.
…create emotional imbalances and a rupture in our healthy patterns.
Negative thinking festers in our mental layers…
And we become unable to form beneficial connections.
Therefore, we reject anybody who might bring a positive experience into our life.
In fact, subconsciously, we attract the opposite to keep feeding these detrimental feelings and justify our actions.
2. Energetic Misalignment
Sometimes, there’s a sense of discomfort.
You believe you’re emotionally unavailable and cannot carry this weight on your shoulders. Yet, this feeling stems from a difference in vibration. “Unworthiness” defines you subconsciously, creating an emotional imbalance between you and the other person.
Different perceptions easily turn into arguments.
And frequent disagreements jeopardize the connection.
Yet, this misalignment is not accidental.
It usually results from the 3rd reasons.
3. Karmic Influences
You might feel ready for a healthy relationship.
All stars align, and you’re willing to take the step.
Still, something is not quite right.
You feel “full”, like there’s no room next to you.
It’s a strange feeling you cannot define.
Yet, it’s more common than you’d think.
This often happens due to an existing karmic relationship.
You cannot detach from that person.
You’re not even aware that this bond is active.
So… you stay stuck.
Blaming others and even yourself for, once again, “unworthiness”.
Awareness, is the first step forward.
But action is what will take your plans to fruition.
To make room for new people, you must reconcile and balance your past connections. You must heal old wounds and break free from past strings.
Karmic relationships are usually romantic in nature.
This is a key aspect when trying to heal them because they often involve deep emotional ties and unresolved lessons that need conscious effort to heal and release.
How To Overcome Emotional Resistance With Reiki
I’ve been here myself.
And, I know how much Reiki has helped me navigate these uncharted waters.
It not only released me from the chains of the past…
But also provided me with proper awareness and guidance.
Here’s what worked for me and what I recommend you try:
• Reiki self- treatment – Focus on the crown, heart, and sacral chakras to help balance the mental and emotional layers. This will help you tap into any blockages and unwanted programs, stored at the inner self level. By constantly addressing these energy centers, you’ll begin dissolving the negative energy behind detrimental attachments.
• Reiki symbols – Activate Cho Ku Rei + Sei He Ki on the heart and sacral chakras to clear emotional wounds and dissolve negative patterns that keep you stuck in unhealthy attachments.
• Gassho breathing – Practice this meditation before or after the Reiki self-treatment to align your masculine and feminine energies. This balance is crucial in creating harmony within yourself and, therefore, invite healthy relationships into your life.
Alignment Is Your Friend
Healing begins with awareness.
But action seals the transformation.
Whether through Reiki, self-reflection, or meditation, the key is creating harmony within yourself. When you nurture inner balance, you naturally attract relationships that reflect your newfound alignment. Each step brings you closer to the connections you truly deserve.
Start small but stay consistent.
