My sister lived in the United States for a few years.
She studied medicine, and worked as a pharmacist in New York. But she always had a hard time connecting with the people in her community. It wasn’t the recent immigrants, but the individuals who have been there for generations.
I know this sounds strange, as it did for her at the time, but the main reason for keeping her distance, even subconsciously, was a repeated dream she had.
Apparently…
My sister was once a native American during the time of colonization.
In this dream, a scene kept dominating the narrative. She got stabbed by the troops while pregnant with her first child.
Neither of them made it.
Of course, life goes on. She made a decision to work and live in the United States and had to make her stay as comfortable as possible.
One summer, she visited Sedona to attend one of Drunvalo Melchizedek’s courses, a renowned spiritual practitioner known for helping people learn to forgive those who have wronged them in past and present lives.
The event was packed with like-minded individuals who were there for similar reasons. She felt safe enough to release any constraints and allowed herself to be guided within the meditation.
At one point, my sister’s dream came back.
She hadn’t had it in a while, so it was a surprise. A strong wave of emotions filled her body and burst into uncontrolled crying. The lady sitting next to her tapped her on the shoulder, waited for her to calm down a bit, and then said:
“You know what happened in this meditation, right?”
My sister had no idea…
“We are the ones who ended your child’s life. Please forgive us!”
My sister was now in shock. She never brought up the dream. Yet the person sitting next to her seemed to have been present in the meditation and witnessed everything.
Once she returned home to New York, something interesting happened: her willingness to approach people increased.
Neighbors and acquaintances she had once kept at a distance finally became pleasant company. Her grudge had disappeared.
The healing session propelled her into an advanced state of spiritual awareness where she could open her heart to compassion and understanding and let go of this awful feeling she had been carrying through several lifetimes.
This revelation was possible because she accessed the Akashic Records.
What Are The Akashic Records
Imagine a vast library that holds just… everything.
Every section marks a period of time, and every shelf stores a stage of human existence. Every book records a life, an action, a thought, stretching back further than we can comprehend.
That’s the simplest way I can describe the Akashic Records.
This concept isn’t exclusive to Reiki.
Alice Bailey wrote about it in her book “Light of the Soul.”
Rudolf Steiner, the founder of Anthroposophy and a prominent figure in metaphysics, taught that every individual action is registered in the Akashic Records.
But the most famous example is Edgar Cayce, a well-known clairvoyant and one of the most respected spiritual figures of the last century. He channeled much of his guidance by accessing this vast library.
What my sister experienced in Sedona was a glimpse into the same source.
The Akashic Records are an open source but not accessible as one might think.
Let me explain…
Each dimension is guarded by high-vibrational beings such as angels, archangels, or ascended masters. Their “curator,” the main guardian, is Archangel Metatron. These guardians aren’t there to protect the entry but to ensure a beneficial experience for each visitor.
Everyone can access the Akashic records.
But you can’t see everything in the library or reach freely wherever you want. What you become aware of is always in alignment with your current vibration and spiritual knowledge.
How To Access The Akashic Records With Reiki
Clarity is essential.
Know what you are looking for before you begin, and arrive at the gates of the Akashic records with a pre-defined plan.
Here’s how to approach it:
- Find a quiet place and sit comfortably in a chair with your back straight.
- Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and even enter the Alpha State of Mind.
- Recite the Opening Prayer of the Pathway Prayer Process channeled by Dr. Linda Howe.
- Ask Archangel Metatron to raise your vibration and prepare for this experience.
- Ask your guardian angel and Reiki spirit guides for support and guidance.
- Visualize Cho Ku Rei + Sei He Ki + Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen + Dai Ko Myo in front of you.
- Visualize yourself transported to the place where your answers reside. This is where you’ll meet the guardians of the Akashic Records.
- Ask them for permission to enter. Wait. Be patient. Allow the optimum answers to reveal themselves for your greater good.
- When you feel complete, ask the guardians and Archangel Metatron to guide you back to Earth. Thank them for their help. Take your time, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes.
- You can now recite the Closing Prayer of the Pathway Prayer Process.
Offer your appreciation once again to your spirit guides and to Archangel Metatron. Activate a large Cho Ku Rei in front of you to seal the process and one at the base of your feet to ground yourself.
Every experience is different.
Some people receive vivid visions while others hear voices, sense a presence, or feel the answer arrive as a quiet knowing. You may encounter beings of light, angels, archangels, or spirit guides who appear as guardians or gentle companions along the way.
You might see fleeting images, fragments of countless archives flashing past as you search for what you came for.
Trust that whatever you need will find you.
And whatever you’re not ready for will wait.
But don’t be disappointed if you receive nothing at all.
Again… we are all different and at unique stages in our evolution. It’s normal to try out several times before you even see a sign.
Just like anything else, it takes practice.
Yet patience matters more than persistence here.
The Records Know What You Need
My sister carried a wound for lifetimes.
She wasn’t aware of it and never went looking for it. It surfaced on its own, in a room full of strangers, and dissolved the moment she met forgiveness.
You might say this was random. But when you accept spiritual guidance, “randomness” begins to shape into coherent pathways.
The Akashic Records show you what you need right now in order to heal and find peace.
This is not a simple library your browse at will.
It’s not a bookstore you pick from without instructions. It works like a pre-defined maze constructed for your greater good and aligned with your current level of understanding.
You may not receive an answer at first.
You might need more clarity of thought before you try again.
The Akashic Records won’t disappear. They are waiting for you whenever you’re ready to let go of the past and create a brighter future.
They will reward your patience when the time comes.
