The Two Unconventional Reiki Symbols That Help Dissolve Emotional Blockages & Improve Communication

Lack of communication hurts human connections.

Many relationships are threatened by our inability to properly express our emotions. This creates a barrier that turns even the closest people into complete strangers. As easy as it may be (in practice), unlocking this ability inside of us is no walk in the park.

Therefore, we ignore it, thinking it will pass on its own.

But it never does…

When we have unhealed emotions, any form of expression becomes a challenge. Whether in writing, through drawing, or with simple words, getting the message out seems almost impossible. This leads to misunderstandings, emotional suppression, and even physical imbalances.

The key is not to ignore it, but take action.

How To Recognize Your Positions

An unhealed person – Expresses themselves either aggressively or with verbal velocity. Yet, they can also be calm and collaborative but with malevolent intentions.

A healed person – Will show up as open and willing to express their emotions to overcome the hurdle and bring harmony to any connection. They can also preserve their calm and objectivity even if those around them are in a state of emotional chaos.

But, what if you find yourself somewhere in the middle?

Sometimes, a clear expression requires a step back. Take a deep breath to gather your thoughts, analyze your current emotions, and prepare to express them constructively. The secret is to have patience with you and approach the matter with awareness because even those on a healing journey can struggle.

Fortunately, Reiki is there, and it can help.

The Reiki Symbols For Emotional Healing And Clear Communication

Everything starts from within.

And, more often than not, this implies working with our energetic body. Shika Sei Ki and Shika So are two Reiki symbols I always recommend for clearing emotions and stimulating your ability to communicate harmoniously. You may use them independently, but their synergy is undeniably robust.

Let’s see what each symbol does:

Shika Sei Ki

“The symbol that travels from heart to heart.”

Activate this symbol on your heart chakra to cleanse this energy center and stimulate the flow of universal energy through it. This helps rebalance your emotional layer and become mindful of how you express yourself.

Still, you can implement this symbol in self-treatment and use it extensively to potentially help prevent heart-related ailments (from an energetic standpoint):

  • Tachycardia.
  • Ischemic heart disease.
  • Regulate hypotension and hypertension.

Knowing what a symbol does is the first step.

But meditating on its shape, attributes, and integrating it in your daily life is how you unlock its full potential.

Shika So

“The symbol for harmonious communication.”

Activate Shika So on your throat chakra to stimulate harmonious communication, feel comfortable with yourself, and even remove stage fright.

Long-term benefits can include:

  • Balancing the hypo and hyperthyroidism.
  • Dissolving the energy behind laryngitis.
  • Regulating parathyroid insufficiency.

Shika Sei Ki + Shika So is the ideal sequence of Reiki symbols to harmonize the relationship between your heart and throat chakra and support healthy communication on all levels.

But, Vlad – I don’t have access to these symbols… what do I do?

Great questions!

If you’re attuned to Usui Reiki level 2, you can use them without an issue. This level provides general access to Reiki symbols. You can still integrate any symbol through practice and meditation, even if you don’t have the corresponding attunement.

Here are some action steps you can follow:

  • Activate Cho Ku Rei + Sei He Ki + Shika Sei Ki + Shika So on your palms and chakras before the Reiki self-treatment.
  • Activate Shika Sei Ki on your heart chakra and Shika So on your throat chakra.
  • Begin the self-treatment and be mindful of how you feel.

Repeated exercises will help better integrate both these symbols into your energetic layers.
